As part of a student project for Tolerance 101 class, students participated in a videoconference with a group of students in a Beirut Lebanon high school. The project was an attempt to overcome stereotypes and misconceptions students may have about each other. Although we were unable to offer live coverage of the event we do have a tape recording of the conference.
The Conference took place in spite of current violence in the northern city of Tripoli. Students noted their prom had been canceled due to the violence in Lebanon.
