School Board Committee Meetings and the School Board Committee of the Whole Meeting

Personnel and Policy Committee, Instruction and Student Services Committee, and the Finance and Operations Committee meetings will begin at 6 p.m. The Committee of the Whole will follow immediately after the end of all Committee meetings. All will be held at the Millcreek Education Center.
The Millcreek Township Board of School Directors announces the Committee of the Whole Meetings and Committee Meetings of May 11, 2020 and June 15, 2020; and School Board meetings of May 26, 2020 and June 29, 2020, will be conducted via ZOOM. Committee of the Whole and Committee meetings will begin at 6 p.m. and the School Board meetings begin at 7 p.m. Zoom instructions for public attendance will be published on the District’s website www.mtsd.org prior to the meeting.
Due to Governor Wolf’s mandated school closing and to best ensure the health, welfare, and safety of Board members, District employees, and the public, the Millcreek Township School District Board of School Directors will hold its May 11, 2020, Instruction and Student Services Committee meeting, Finance and Operations Committee meeting, and Committee of the Whole meeting conducted via teleconference. (Please note the Personnel and Policy Committee meeting for May 11, 2020, is cancelled.) The Instruction and Student Services Committee will begin at 6 p.m., followed by the remainder of the meetings consecutively following each other.

Those members of the public who would like to offer public comment during the Committee of the Whole meeting will be acknowledged during the Visitors section of the Committee of the Whole meeting to speak for 3 minutes. When you enter the meeting, please type in the chat section your name, address, and topic on which you would like to speak. The meeting host or Board President will acknowledge you when it is your turn to speak and your microphone will be unmuted. There will also be opportunity to speak about agenda items during each Committee meeting (Instruction and Student Services and Finance and Operations).
