Accessing the internet form the MTSD Device

How to access the google classroom from an ipad

  • Sign on to Clever first
    • By using your QR Badge or Login information (username and password)
    • Signing on to Clever using an iPad K-1-2 video
    • Open the Google Classroom app
  • The first time you and your child login to the Clever app and then open the Google Classroom on the iPad you may need to input your username and password a few times.

    How to access the Google Clever from a Chromebook

    Accessing Your Google Classroom Through Clever

      • Start by signing on to clever.com
        • You will be taken to your Clever dashboard that provides access to Google Classroom and other apps your teachers use

      Accessing Your Google Classroom Through your Google Drive

      • Start by signing on to your Google Account
        • Go to the and locate Google Classroom OR
        • Go use: classroom.google.com

      How to Access Infinite Campus from a Chromebook

      Grades 3-12 Only:

      Students K-2

      • Log into their district Chromebook using their District Google Username/password.
        • Student Usernames : studentIDnumber@mtsd.org ; 12345@mtsd.org
      • Access their Clever Dashboard
      • Click on the icon for Campus Student
      • Click the Single Sign On (district Credentials) button that
      • appears on the log in page
      • The student will be logged into Campus Student

        • Information in Infinite Campus is not correct
        • Chromebook won’t turn on
          • Unplug, hold the power button and the refresh button for 30secs and then plug back in - and turn back on
          • If the problem persists please notify your teacher via email or IThelp@mtsd.org. You may need to utilize an additional personal device to complete this. If another device is not accessible for emailing, please call your student’s teacher.
        • Can’t log into your email
          • Follow the instructions here for the new Outlook Email Access
          • If the problem persists please notify your teacher via email or IThelp@mtsd.org. You may need to utilize an additional personal email account to complete this. If another email address is not accessible for emailing, please call your student’s teacher. Please include the student’s name and ID number to expedite this process.

        • A/B Hybrid Students
        • 100% Virtual Learners (non-CAOLA/Cyber Academy)
        • Chromebook won’t turn on
          • Unplug, hold the power button and the refresh button for 30 secs and then plug back in - and turn back on
            • If the problem persists please notify your teacher via email or IThelp@mtsd.org. You may need to utilize an additional personal device to complete this. If another device is not accessible for emailing, please call your student’s teacher.

        When should I expect to hear back from them?

        Teacher will contact IT Help in some situations and coordinate through out IT department. Please be flexible during the first couple of weeks of school as our teachers and IT department will be working with multiple schools and students. Thank yoU!
