Complete required forms including Annual Code of Conduct, Media Consent, and more, online using the Parent Portal or mobile Infinite Campus App.

HOW TO SUBMIT FORMS

  1. Sign in to the  Parent Portal online from a desktop or laptop or access Infinite Campus using the mobile app!
    1. Click this link ->  Parent Portal and log in to the  CAMPUS PARENT, not student account.
  2. Select  MORE at the bottom of the left menu and then "ANNUAL REQUIRED FORMS" at the bottom of the next menu.
  3. A new window will open, select BEGIN REGISTRATION to then review and submit the e-signature for your child's required start of year forms including:
    1. Student Code of Conduct Consent
    2. Media & Photo Release
    3. Consent Emergency Contact Information
    4. FERPA Consent
