These are recommended items from each Grade Level. Just a reminder that the district will provide items for your child to use in the classroom, but your child may like to have their own items. We have added Art Supplies to our Supply List this year. These supplies would be kept at home and used for online Art Class if needed.

Spring Pictures and Yearbook information

Spring Pictures & Yearbooks:

If you ordered/paid for Spring pictures, or would like to order Spring pictures, please call the Lifetouch service line at 1-800-736-4753. The representative will ask for your child’s name and school. They will arrange to have pictures shipped directly to your house.

PTA Sponsored a Virtual Zoom Field Trip Mrs. Merry's Kindergarten Class

Thanks to our generous PTA and Mrs. Monica Merry's efforts, her Kindergarten class was able to go on a virtual field trip with 2 Alpacas, Ryley and Indy. A short video was shown about the animals and Carrie, the host, talked about the Alpacas, as well as answering the students' questions. It was a great success and something different to bring to her on-line classroom!

Introducing Our New Skills and Drills Site

Hi Chestnut Hill families -

We have some exciting news to bring to all of you. The Educational Assistants have been busy getting a special Skills and Drills site together to help the students, in Grades K-3, with Sight Words and Math Facts. This site is located under Chestnut Hill Pages, directly under Planned Instruction.

We will be adding new videos frequently as they are completed, so please check the site often. We encourage the students to use these videos, as they are offered as an extension to their on-line classroom learning. Our hope is to give the students extra tools needed to strengthen their word bank and math skills. These videos can be used during their free time and through the summer months.

Also, Mrs. Donaldson will be reading stories and telling jokes, so check out her videos. She is excited to bring these stories to life for all students to enjoy.

Hope you all stay well and hope to see you soon.

Wellsville, USA

Kathy Iorio and Dr. Snow bring Wellsville, USA to Chestnut Hill. Such a great program is given to our Kindergarten and 1st graders each year, teaching healthy living, in both mind and body, to the students. We thank this great team for their service to our community and look forward to their visit next year.
