NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS

Congratulations to the McDowell United States Academic Decathlon Team for finishing 2nd at this weekend's competition, and taking home a total of 19 Medals! Medalists included Parth Parikh, Drew Kwiatkowski, Katie Brocious, Johnny Duong, Atiana Pugh, Teddy Buchanan, and winning the overall 1st place individual award for Highest overall score in the entire competition, Sam Flanagan. The team will compete next on December 19th, and is looking forward to an amazing state championship caliber year!

Attention ECTS PM students: A reminder to stop in the cafeteria if you need to pick up your "to go" lunch today. The East/West buses home are scheduled to leave the commons area at 9:45.

It has been a slow start with new advisers, but the 20-21 McDowell Yearbook is NOW ON SALE! Students can buy the yearbook ONLINE ONLY by going to ybpay.com. Books are $55 before Dec 31 so order your book soon!! After Jan. 1 the price will increase to $60! Questions about ordering can be directed to Mrs. Weiss at MIHS and Mrs. Marshall at the senior high.

Also, stay tuned for more directions on how to submit photos to include in the yearbook this year! Since the schedule has been pretty unpredictable, the staff will need your help to fill the pages with pictures from your McDowell Activities and Events. We will soon launch a website with directions on how to take and submit your photos.

Before you head into remote learning, stop by the main office and pick up a one of a kind PAR masks! Tuesday and Wednesday will be your last opportunity to buy one for $5. Exact change is required. Don't miss out!

Attention ECTS students: During the time McDowell is on remote learning, you will still report to ECTS on your scheduled day and time. Transportation will still be provided by Millcreek Township School District
