Title IX

It is the policy of the Millcreek Township School District to maintain an environment for learning and working that is free from harassment, sex-based harassment, and Title IX sex-based harassment, as defined herein, and such conduct is prohibited.  It is also the policy of the District to comply with federal law and regulations under Title IX prohibiting sex-based harassment, which is a form of unlawful discrimination on the basis of sex or gender. This policy shall refer to such discrimination as Title IX sex-based harassment. Additionally, the District does not discriminate in any manner, including Title IX sex-based harassment, in any District education program or activity.  Inquiries regarding the application of Title IX to the District may be referred to the Title IX Coordinator, to the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education, or both.
